Application Process
Android Application Process and Application Class
1. What Is an Application Process?
When we open an Android app, Android creates a separate working space for that app.
This working space is called an application process.
The process contains:
- Activities
- Services
- Application object
- ViewModels
- Threads
- App memory
- Variables and objects

D --> E["Activity is created"]
Android creates the process only when the app needs to run.
For example:
- User opens the app.
- Notification is clicked.
- Service starts.
- BroadcastReceiver receives an event.
- WorkManager starts some work.
2. Simple Process Creation Flow

If the process already exists, Android does not create it again.
